• Where can I find samples of your work? You will find links to samples of my work on my Gallery page.
• Where can I find prices for your products and services? You can access a directory of all available items by clicking the Products and Services button at the top of every page of my website.
The Products and Services page directs you to individual item links where you can see either a specific price, or directions as to how to acquire a price. Also, specific ordering details for each item and links to samples.
NOTE: I am in the process of revising the pricing and shopping pages on my website so not all information is currently available, but you will find specific instructions when you browse the Products and Services section, to ensure you get the service you are looking for and need!
• What if I need a quote for a product or service that is not listed in your Products & Services section? You may contact me with a short description of the product or service you are looking for along with your contact information including your email address. Also your preferred method and time to contact you, along with your Time Zone so that I can connect with you at your correct desired time, if applicable.
I will reply back to let you know if it is something that I can help you with and if so, request further information from you as necessary. Once I receive the additional information, I will prepare a comprehensive quote for your custom project and email it to you in as a .pdf.
• What if I need a product designed that is not in your Products & Services section?
Please contact me with a short description of the product or service you are looking for along with your contact information including your email address. I will then reply back to let you know if it is something that I can help you with. If so, I will request further information from you so we can proceed with your project.
• Where do I need to be located in order for you to produce my work? You may be located anywhere on earth that has access to the internet.
• What are your processes and procedures for initiating a job? Unless otherwise specified, I require full payment up front/prior to the start of work for all products and services under $500.00 USD. Anything over that amount, a 50% deposit is required. When you browse the Products and Services section, you will see that each item clearly defines its specific payment policy.
First time clients will receive a contract to be signed by both parties. (See item Payment Terms for complete payment procedures.) Jobs commence upon clearance of funds unless otherwise noted.
Specifically, once you have made your required payment online, you will be directed to a page containing instructions on how we will proceed. After I have received your payment in U.S. dollars and the funds clear, you will receive from me via email a questionnaire so that I can begin to investigate your needs and desires for your project(s). Or, per your desires, I will contact you as you have requested so we can proceed from there.
When you shop for my services you will see stated next to each item what materials or content may be required of you to submit to me for project commencement.
I will complete your job to your 100% satisfaction. Listed on each product page is precisely what you will receive for your purchase and/or it will be listed in your quote you receive from me.
• How long does it take you to create your custom work? Custom work is a process that involves full communication between designer and client, as well as, among other things, research, development and production.
Additionally, because of the very nature of what I do — custom design — my work is always produced from scratch. Therefore your receipt of your work from me depends upon many factors PLUS the timeliness of my receipt of materials from you such as copy, photos/images, samples, proofs, etc.
So in actuality, there is no, and really cannot be, a specific time frame that I can state right here, right now for completing any custom graphic design work. No two jobs are ever the same — that is why businesses come to me to begin with!
REST ASSURED: In order to produce the best and most effective work for every single one of my clients, I work on a first come, first served basis. This way you always know I am not interrupting the time I have allowed myself to work on YOUR project for the next procrastinating client that knocks on my door. You will always have the confidence that YOU ARE #1 and YOUR PROJECT IS MY PRIORITY while I am working on your project. Should you have a critical deadline or time frame that your work needs to be done by, I will work diligently for you and with you to do everything in my power to meet your deadlines while being fair and honest to all of my clientele. Rush charges may apply, but you will be notified prior to commencement of work if that is the case.
• Where can I see your credentials? You can visit my Gallery which has links to samples of my work, awards, past end-clients and affiliations. If you wish to read a bit of history about my career background, grab a copy of my resume, or preview my specific skills you can visit my About Me page which has links to all of these options, plus a few more.
You can preview my client Testimonials in the right hand sidebar of several of my website pages. I will be setting up a comprehensive, full page of testimonials very soon.
• What are your Payment Terms? Unless otherwise specified, I require full payment up front/prior to the start of work for all products and services under $500.00 USD. Anything over that amount, a 50% deposit is required. First time clients will receive a contract† to be signed by both parties.
Payment may be paid with your PayPal account, credit card or eCheck either directly through PayPal or via a PayPal generated invoice (no PayPal account required) so you can use any major credit card you wish. This gives you the security of the payments systems to back up your purchase. Or you may Postal Mail a check.
Jobs commence upon clearance of funds unless otherwise noted.
All terms (and fees) are outlined in detail in the comprehensive quote / contract you receive from me if they are not already specified on my website. This eliminates any surprises you could receive from me at billing time.
Sometimes job specs do change during the production of a project. Should this happen and your project require additional charges, you will be notified prior to the commencement of the additional services to give you the option to proceed or not.
†A contract (sample found here) is available prior to commencement of work if you choose to obtain one. This does require signatures, but is a quick process and is for your protection and peace of mind, as well as mine.
